• Educate our retailers about any updates and new products, and provide literature
• Schedule store visits based on each retailer’s specific needs
• Develop an efficient and productive schedule to visit Walnut Creek Foods stores regularly
• Reset product displays to help retailers maintain fresh-looking arrangements
• Find & manage new leads and build more wholesale accounts
• Share customer conversations with management and leadership teams
• Assist at tradeshows throughout the year to broaden our market

Natural Hope Herbals, a farm-to-bottle operation located on 50 acres producing natural-herbal health care products, is looking for a full-time Sales Representative to support & serve retailers in PA and the surrounding states. We care about sustainability and conservation of the plants God has provided us as we promote natural remedies for healthy body function. Our Ideal Sales Representative:

• Experienced: 2 years of experience in Sales OR an interest in natural living with a background in customer service. We are willing to train the right person.
• Outgoing: Your day will involve engaging & educating our customers. Enjoys talking to people and uses different selling/buying processes depending on different behavioral styles; can relate to people in any situation.
• Team Player: Humble enough to admit mistakes. Drive to do a great job. Eager to help teammates & work toward the team’s goals. Treats teammates & customers with care and respect.
• Great Communicator: Must communicate effectively & clearly with customers and coworkers. Creative problem-solver with the ability to help customers make sound decisions.
• Detailed: Track & report the activity, performance, and results of your sales efforts.
• Coachable: Open to feedback from leadership on ways to improve your performance. Seeking excellence and always motivated to grow.
• Travel: 50% travel around PA and bordering states. Spending up to 5 days at a time on the road between visiting retailers and helping with tradeshows.

• $60-70K/year, plus bonuses
